QLP G2 offers an energy efficient lighting solution with improved performance, efficiency, and product life. Luminaire efficiency achieves up to 75 lumens per watt, and qualifies for many utility rebates, including those related to DLC.

Designed for retrofit

QLP G2 is designed with our Easy Hanger Plate mount bracket that simplifies retrofitting for existing HID installations. One-to-One HID to LED replacement requires no additional wiring or hardware. The QLP simply mounts to a standard 4” junction box and can easily be retrofitted to any existing installations.

QLP G2’s optical system features LEDGINE, Philips global LED platform. LEDGINE allows you to upgrade components during the life of the fixture so you can take advantage of technology advancements without having to replace the luminaire.

Improved rated system life

QLP G2 housing and thermal management system has been thoroughly engineered to reach a rated system life of 100,000 hours. This enhancement will add years of optimum performance to your fixture, while improving your total cost of ownership.

Rated System Life: LEDs and driver: QLP-32G2 @ 700 mA = 100,000 hours @ 25° to 40°C (77° to 104°F). QLP-48G2 @ 530 mA = 75,000 hours @ 25° to 40°C (77° to 104°F).

Construction: Die-cast aluminum alloy construction shall ensure durability within parking structures. Construction and finish of the housing and all exterior hardware shall ensure fixture is resistant to the effects of corrosives and contaminants such as exhaust fumes. Easy Hanger Plate shall be fabricated from galvanized steel. Standard unit is IP65 rated (‘PX10’ and ‘OC15’ occupancy detectors are currently damp location only).

Driver: Driver efficiency (>90% standard). Constant current (G2): 530/700 mA. 120-480 V. Temp range: -30°C (-22°F) to 40°C (104°F). Open/short circuit protection. Optional 0-10V pulse width modulation dimming to 10% power. RoHS compliant.

LED and Board Array: 32 and 48 LED boards. Neutral white 4125 K +/- 175 K. LEDs only: Minimum 122 lms/W System only: QLP-32G2: 66-75 lms/W. QLP-48G2: 68-81 lms/W. Employs LEDGINE technology - Philips global LED-based optical system.

Distribution: Symmetrical and downlight specific optics available.

Mounting: Standard mounting shall include a galvanized steel Easy Hanger Plate with universal provisions for 4” junction boxes. An external set screw allows the fixture to be locked or removed without fixture disassembly. Optional tamperproof screws available. Pendant mount to rigid conduit (by others) and thru-wire mount also available.

Occupancy Detector: Optional ‘PX10’ and ‘OC15’ occupancy detectors are suitable for damp locations only. Sheet metal housing. Wet location version is available Q1 2012. (Contact factory for availability an check specification sheet for details)

Finish: Standard finish option shall be Textured Satin Aluminum (TSA). Polyester powder coat, electrostatically applied, which is preceded by a pre-treatment process for superior coating adhesion. This process meets or exceeds all ASTM testing requirements, including those for 1,000 hour salt spray endurance testing.

Listings: The fixture shall be ETL and cETL Listed, per UL 1598, suitable for wet locations. Suitable for use in ambients from -30° to 40°C (-22° to 104°F). Units with ‘PX10’ rated to 40°C (104°F). Units with ‘OC15’ rated to 30°C (86°F). Units with ‘S’ optics are DLC certified.
