Our franchise approval team has great experience in selecting the right type of people to become LED Source® franchisees. We've identified the following as a few important qualities to succeed in an LED Source® franchise. While you don't necessarily need ALL of these, you should at least possess most.

• Confident Leader who is able to build a strong team around him or herself.
• Self Motivated and able to motivate others
• Pride of Ownership in your own business, and our brand
• Willing to Follow the System we've create and continue to grow
• Integrity
• Passion and Personality
• Experience in B to B sales or networking

These are a few of the types of qualities we look for in selecting our franchisees.  We have already created a very powerful and exciting brand and to that end, we recognize how important the careful selection of good franchisees is - and at the same time, the problems that selection of the wrong franchisee could bring.

Financially, we require a minimum of $50,000 in liquid cash to invest in a "LED Pro" franchise (assuming the balance comes by way of your own financing). Your personal net worth should be greater than $100,000 at a minimum.

To invest in our North American franchise system, you must be a legal US or Canadian citizen. However, we are working fast to establish the model internationally as well.
