1. Is LED Source a safe place for me to make online LED lighting Purchases?

Yes, in fact – LED Source is probably the ONLY online store who use top industry names such as Verisign and Chase Merchant services. Many of our competitors use outside payment services and Yahoo stores. These are fine, but our sister company does almost $10,000,000 in annual sales, and we’ve learned to operate in the same fashion.

2. Why would I buy from LED Source instead of from an online Lighting or DJ shop?

At LED Source, we’ve got 20 years combined experience in LED Sales, Manufacturing, etc. We can make sure you are getting quality products, and the right price. We are always available by telephone as well and look forward to answering any questions you might have.

3. Is LED Source the “Lowest Price Guaranteed” on the internet?

Good question. In fact, your lowest price isn’t always your best price. We can assure you of that. Our goal is to provide top products at “competitive” prices. We’re constantly shopping online, and try to stay close to the lowest pricing, but often we are bound by our manufacturer’s agreements for MAP pricing, or other non-advertised discounts. It never hurts to give us a call because we will usually meet or beat ANY online advertised price.

4. Can LED Source ship internationally?

Yes. The only problem “may” be payment. Due to high frequency of Credit Card Fraud cases in certain regions, we may require payment in advance by way of Wire Transfer or Money Order. Once we’ve been paid in full, we can ship your order via any shipping method you choose (on your shipping account).

5. What is the LED Source “Dealer” program about, and how do I become a dealer?

Some of our lines / products have 2 levels of pricing. Dealer – and non-dealer. Dealer pricing on these items is offered to “legitimate” lighting dealers. We will NOT be able to supply dealer pricing to any company who does not have other dealerships with lighting manufacturers, etc. To apply for Dealership, please download our dealer application. 6. Does LED Source offer any sort of warranty?

We do not warranty most products directly. Most of the items we sell are covered directly by the Manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases, this will cover you for 1 full year from the date of purchase.

7. What other companies is LED Source affiliated with?

Our parent company is Gear-Source, Inc. (www.GearSource.com) but we are also affiliated with AVR, LLC (www.AVRUSA.com) and Rental-Source, LLC (www.Rental-Source.com) as well. We have a great deal of knowledge about web based companies and will make your buying experience as pleasant as we can.

8. What if I am afraid to place an order online? Can LED Source take my order over the phone?

Of course we can. We are happy to take your information over the phone, and process the order in our system on your behalf.

9. I am a manufacturer of LED Products, and I would like to sell them on LED Source. How can I go about doing that?

Please send us your information, pricing, and samples of your products to LED Source, LLC – 3101 Fairlane Farms Rd. Suite 4 – Wellington, FL 33414. Attn: Gavin Cooper – VP of Technology. We will review your products quickly and send back all samples as soon as we are completed with our review.

10. If I don’t like something, can I return it?

In most cases, we will take back any item, in it’s original package within 7 days of your receipt. In ALL cases, there will be a re-stocking fee associated with a return, and a return will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number which may be obtained by calling LED Source at 866-900-4LED.
